Recently this gallery recieved a DD for a pic named -Sexual Murder- some of the good news is that the pic created controversy and was viewed 17.000 times (estimated)
I recieved 330 favourites for the pic and probably 250 comments, not everybody agreed with the concept but I was feeling happy because it was being discussed.

Today the bad news....

I don't know who because they don't put that in the little AUTOMATED note that dA sends to your account but some people just hit the "Policy Violation" button too many times, and at the end they won, the pic was removed.

I am trying to guess what was the exact reason for violating the policy, maybe it was because the image was disturbing to some viewers, maybe because the position of the knife, I simply don't know and this person who removed it didn't had the guts to at least mention why.

I will put it this way:

The government said that I have to pay them taxes for them to repair, build more roads, for paying the police and many more things...
Well I'm tired that my government don't pay me to repair the suspension of my car when there is something in the road, they don't pay me for everytime I am late because they are "building" another road (that takes years by the way hahaha) and that sometimes the police is not there when I really need them, but if I want to hit the gas because I like speed they will be over me, so I can't. And like this I have many things inside my mind I will not share with you cause I just wanna make a point, after all that I CANT DO (even if they say this is a free world, freedom of speech and that well, that only exists if you don't have something meaningful and important to say.

A few years ago I found this site named DeviantArt and I began to be devoted to it, I found here recreation, inspiration, creativity, friends, even education (I have learned a lot from THE PEOPLE of this site)
Everytime I login this was the one place where I felt free to express myself in anyway without censorship, see it this way, when you are walking around there are a lot of signs, "keep off the grass, stop, give way, no trespassing, no through road, no photographs" (I hate this last one) not even your dog can be free, by law you have to have it with a leash all the time....
So imagine here I was feeling so great, so nice, to do whatever I wanted to do, creatively through my photography, guess what?? those signs are here too,
The problem is not that I thought I understood exactly those signs and I never ment to broke the law, but I guess that what I think is meaningless cause nobody asked for my opinion when they decided to remove the pic.

I cant even reply to the comments, the page is not there anymore, I guess I'm a little pissed off now hehe.

When a deviation has explicit sexual content (hard penis, spread vaginas, etc.) I agree that they remove the pic and I will tell you why... one: it's a display that is not ment to be ART, two: it is not even close to have creativity, three: nobody likes it...

My pics are here not for sexual gratification, they are for creativity, expression and perhaps a message, I guess that if I continue just taking pics of nude womens as everybody does I will not have any problem, but guess what? I am different and I want to make differents things I want to be better, if I am spontaneous, radical, or interesting dA will censor me, so I know now what is beyond the line. Now that I think about it, it's good, I will take my best work out of here, just to my own site that I'm planning to build, I can accept this and I will go on but for others this could be soul destroying to stifle their creativity in such a way.

By the way the pic will be on my first book that is being edited now, probably will be for sale at the middle of this year.

Just another comment before I finish and let you go....

Art is a way of expression and it is all under the perspective of the viewer and the creator, with this I mean, everyone will see something different from the same piece, who are you to say: "it is or not art?"

I don't feel better but at least I said something.
